About THRIVE

THRIVE – International Research Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management Studies is an open-access scholarly journal published by the Indian Institute of Skill Development and Research (IISDR).Established in 2025, the journal is dedicated to serving the academic and professional needs of scholars, researchers, students, and management practitioners across the globe.

THRIVE publishes high-quality theoretical and empirical research covering a wide range of subjects in management, including multidisciplinary studies, inter-functional collaborations, and core functional domains of management. The journal is released biannually, with online issues published in January and June. Each issue also features a case study and selected book reviews, offering readers deeper insights into contemporary developments in the field.

The journal invites original, factual, and data-driven contributions, as well as conceptual papers supported by strong theoretical foundations. We particularly encourage submissions that highlight recent advancements in management and related disciplines from an international perspective. THRIVE welcomes comprehensive research papers of up to 3000 words that explore diverse aspects of business, human resources, management, and education.

To ensure academic rigor and publication quality, all submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team for suitability and quality; those meeting the standards are forwarded to the Advisory Board for detailed review.
